Who runs ATTM
An Incorporated Association under the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012, with a volunteer Committee of Management elected at each AGM.
We have adopted the Model Rules. Our Annual General Meeting elects a Committee of Management including office holders and general members. The Committee oversees long-term management, providing wisdom, expertise and governance. Day-to-day running is managed by the Executive, comprising the four named offices. All people listed are part-time volunteers, some local and some from outside Alexandra.

ATTM is a Registered Charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission and endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) from 1 July 2005 under items 1 & 4 of the table in section 30-15 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.
