Volunteers, training and membership
Volunteers are crucial to our operations, and there is a wide variety of volunteering opportunities at the ATTM. It doesn't necessarily mean you have to drive a train — by joining our volunteer base you contribute towards the preservation of Victoria's industrial railway heritage, learn new skills and enjoy the social involvement.
Training is available for all the necessary jobs within the tramway. If you'd like to know more, email or call us.
Membership is your first step. Benefits include the quarterly members' magazine Timberline, free use of the picnic area for family functions, and a voice in our governance.
