We are an Incorporated Association under the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012. We have adopted the Model Rules (download from here). Our Annual General Meeting elects a Committee of Management including office holders and general members.

• The Committee oversees the long term management of the Association, providing wisdom, expertise and governance to the organisation.
• The day to day running of ATTM is managed by the Executive, comprising the four named offices.

All people listed are part time volunteers, some local, some from outside Alexandra.
